Are the shirts authentic?
Yes — every shirt we ship is authentic. We source from verified suppliers and check items before dispatch. If anything’s ever not right, our support team will sort it.
How does the randomisation work?
Each box pulls from a curated pool (rotated regularly). Rarity tiers exist for the “big hits”, but every box is a real, wearable kit. Digital reveals follow the same idea — it’s a reveal of what you’ve hit, not “made up” results. You will receive the shirt you reveal regardless if you choose the 'Ship to me' or 'Digital reveal' option.
Will I get duplicates?
Absolutely not, our system checks shirts you have previously revealed to prevent this happening, in any case this does happen, contact our team and we will reoslve this right away!
What if I don’t like the kit I reveal?
That’s part of the game — but you’re not stuck. Use the Transfer Market to swap with other collectors. And if you chose Digital Open, you get a reroll option (when available) to keep the experience exciting and allow yourself multiple shirt options!.
Shipping, tracking, and returns?
We ship worldwide with tracking. Size exchanges / returns are available within 30 days (unworn, tags on). If you ever have a delivery issue, support will handle it quickly.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments are processed securely via Stripe (and PayPal where available). Your payment details never touch our servers.
