2. Definitions

In these Terms: “We/Us/Our” means Reveal Kits. “You/Your” means the customer. “Products” means football shirts and any other items sold via the website. “Digital Reveal” means any digital content or interactive reveal experience provided in connection with an order. “Order” means a purchase submitted through the website.

3. Eligibility

By placing an Order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) and are legally capable of entering into a contract.

4. Accounts and website use

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an Order.
• You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with performance, or use bots or scraping tools without our permission.

5. Products, condition and authenticity

• We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and information. However, colours may vary by screen and lighting.
• Where Products are described as authentic or official, we take sourcing seriously and apply quality checks. If you believe a Product is not as described, contact us immediately.
• If a Product is listed as a specific team/season/item, we will supply that Product subject to stock availability. If it becomes unavailable after purchase, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

6. Mystery products and randomness

Some Products may be sold as “mystery”, “random”, “reveal”, or similar. Where this applies:

• You understand the specific team, season, sponsor, and exact item may be random and not selectable unless explicitly stated.
• Unless stated otherwise, mystery Orders are fulfilled from our available inventory that matches the product rules (e.g., size).
• Mystery Products are priced based on the experience and the rules shown at checkout; you accept that the revealed item may differ from personal preferences.

7. Digital Reveal

We may provide a Digital Reveal experience linked to an Order. This may include digital content and interactive features.

• Access to Digital Reveal content may be time-limited or linked to an account/order session.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, exploit, resell, or interfere with the Digital Reveal system.
• Where your Order includes digital content, you may be asked to acknowledge that by accessing the digital content you may lose certain cancellation rights (this depends on your jurisdiction and the precise nature of the content). Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Orders and contract formation

• An Order is an offer to buy Products. We may accept or decline an Order at our discretion (for example, for fraud prevention, stock issues, or address verification).
• A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the Product, depending on your checkout flow and confirmation method.

9. Pricing, taxes and payments

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time prior to payment.
• Depending on your delivery location (UK, UAE, or international), local taxes, duties, and import charges may apply and may be payable by you.
• If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the Order and refund you, or contact you for confirmation at the correct price.

10. Delivery, shipping and risk

• Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier, customs, peak periods, or events beyond our control.
• Orders may ship from the United Kingdom or the United Arab Emirates depending on stock availability and logistics.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided (or as otherwise required by law in your jurisdiction).
• You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct. If an Order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may need to pay re-shipping costs.

11. Returns, refunds and exchanges

Our returns policy may vary depending on the Product type (including mystery/reveal products) and the Order status. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under UK consumer law. If you are a consumer in the United Arab Emirates, you may have rights under UAE consumer protection laws.

• If a Product arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described, contact us promptly and provide photos where relevant.
• For hygiene/condition and anti-fraud reasons, we may require returns to be in original condition with tags/packaging where applicable.
• Mystery products: if you received a Product that matches the rules you purchased (e.g., correct size) but you simply do not like the reveal, this may not qualify as “faulty” — however, we will still review requests fairly and in line with applicable consumer rights.

12. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have an issue with an Order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions and we may provide evidence to the payment provider (including order logs, delivery confirmation, and communications).

13. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the performance, security, or integrity of the website or Digital Reveal experience.

14. Intellectual property

• The website, Digital Reveal experience, branding, text, graphics, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the website without written permission.

15. Liability and disclaimers

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill).
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs delays, strikes, or outages.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to an Order will not exceed the amount paid for that Order, except where a higher liability is required by law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website/Digital Reveal experience.

17. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge such processing.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date we post them on the website. If you continue to use the website after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

Because we operate in both the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, the governing law and courts depend on where you are based as a consumer:

• UK customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction (subject to any mandatory consumer rights).
• UAE customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction (subject to any mandatory consumer rights).
