It is not a subscription in the way you're used to. There is no card on file, no renewal date creeping up on you, and nothing to remember to cancel. You buy 3 boxes in one go, at a lower price than 3 separate orders, and then we owe you 3 boxes. When the last one lands, that is the end of the arrangement.
We built it this way round deliberately. A rolling subscription makes you decide every month whether you still want it — which is a strange thing to ask of something whose whole appeal is the wait. A Season Ticket asks once and then just turns up.

Mens, women's or kids — and the size you want every shirt in. Set the clubs and leagues you'd rather not receive at the same time; those preferences carry across all 3 boxes, so you only set them once.

Pay once, at checkout
One payment for the whole ticket. Nothing is stored, nothing recurs, and no card is charged again — because there is nothing left to charge for.

Your first box opens immediately
No waiting for a billing cycle to start. Box one is live the moment you've paid, exactly like any other order — open the reveal and decide what to do with the shirt.

Boxes two and three arrive on their own
Roughly every 30 days, a new box appears in your account ready to open. You'll know it's there; you don't have to do anything to make it happen.
Every box is a full box
A Season Ticket box is not a smaller box. It is the same product, with the same odds and the same choices:
- The reveal. Open it when you like. The same tiers, the same pull rates.
- Keep it digital, or have it posted. Your choice, made fresh on every single box — not locked in at the start.
- Sell it back if it's not for you. The buy-back is available on a Season Ticket box exactly as it is on any other.
- It joins your album. Three boxes is three slots filled — which is rather the point of buying them together.
- No duplicates. We check your reveal history before every pull, across the whole ticket.

The 2-for-1 is a limited-time offer and it will end. If you buy a Season Ticket while it's running, that's 6 genuine shirts — and your later boxes keep the second shirt even after the offer is over for everybody else. It's locked to your ticket at the moment you buy it, not checked again when each box goes out.

Questions
Does it renew automatically?
No. It ends when the third box lands, and we never charge you again. If you want another one, you buy another one — which is the only version of this we thought was fair.
Can I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel — no ongoing agreement exists. If something goes wrong before your boxes have all arrived, message support and we'll sort out the ones you haven't had yet.
Can I change my size partway through?
Yes — message support before your next box is released and we'll change it. The size you pick at checkout is the default for all 3.
Do I have to have every shirt posted?
No. Each box gets its own choice, made when you open it. Keep one digital, have the next posted — whatever you like.
What if I get a shirt I don't want?
Sell it back, exactly as you would on a single box. The reveal tells you what it's worth before you decide.
Can I get one shipped outside the UK?
Not yet. The three boxes post separately and the ticket price includes UK delivery. If you're overseas, buy boxes individually for now.
Can I use a discount code or wallet credit?
Not on a Season Ticket. It's already priced below three separate boxes, so codes, the Double Box discount and wallet credit don't stack on top. Spend credit on a single box instead.
