Orders & shipping

  • Where can I see my orders?
    You can view your past and current orders in the Profile > Orders section inside the app.
  • How do I track delivery?
    When your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email (and in your in-app orders view, where available).
  • My order hasn't arrived yet.
    Delivery times can vary by region. If your order is late, please contact us with your order number and we'll check it for you.

Mystery boxes & digital unlocks

  • Where do I enter my unlock code?
    In the app, go to the Unlock tab and enter the code printed inside your mystery box.
  • I entered a code and nothing happened.
    Double-check the code exactly as printed. If it still doesn't work, contact support with a clear photo of the code and your account email.
  • Will my physical shirt match my digital unlock?
    In most cases, yes. The digital unlock is designed to reflect what you've received or are due to receive from the mystery box.

Digital album, fantasy game & marketplace

  • My digital album isn't updating.
    Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, contact support and include your account email and details of the missing shirts.
  • Fantasy scores or leaderboards look wrong.
    Scores update based on real-world fixtures within the configured gameweek. There may be a short delay while results are processed. If something still looks incorrect after 24 hours, reach out and we'll investigate.
  • I have a problem with a trade or listing.
    Send us the username, item, and any relevant screenshots so we can review the activity.

App issues & bugs

  • The app is crashing or not loading.
    Make sure you're on the latest version of the app from the App Store. If the problem continues, let us know your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened.
  • I can't log in or create an account.
    Check that you're using the correct email and that you have a stable internet connection. If you're still stuck, contact us and we'll help you recover access.
